SPLHT is a smartphone app that pays you for luggage collection and drop off. It's simple to use. When you want to make money just turn on the app and pick up riders. We charge a flat rate which will allow you to earn much more than working for the competitors

Splht is available through our free Mobile App – available on both the Google Play store and Apple App store.
Simply log onto the app, input a pickup and delivery address, tell us a bit about your Luggage, take a photo of your luggage, select the type of vehicle you require and confirm.

We currently operate within a 40 kilometer radius in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Once you insert your pickup and delivery details, the app will calculate the estimated time of the delivery, based on the shortest route and traffic conditions.
That depends on the type of vehicle you choose when you place your pick up request. We provide Cars, SUV’s, and Vans,. We ask that you apply logic and reasoning when choosing a vehicle for your Luggage Delivery, so that the vehicle is able to accommodate the size of your Luggage, If you are unsure whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle you have chosen, please contact our help desk. We will be happy to help you make the right choice.
You load your credit or check card details on to the app and payment takes place once your luggage is collected by the Driver.
We process all transactions through Paypal and Stripe an approved 3rd party Payment Service Provider. Splht does not itself store your credit card details. Card details are stored in Paypal and Stripes “PayVault” which is a card tokenisation service that enables Splht to store our client’s card details in Paypal PCI DSS Level 1 database.
Refer to our terms and conditions published on www.splht.com for a list of restricted items which Splht will not be in a position to deliver.
You will receive instant notifications from the app when the Driver is en-route and when the Driver arrives at the pickup address.
You are allowed to cancel your Pick Up but you will be charged a cancellation fee once the pick up is accepted by the Driver.
Once you confirm a pick, the app automatically tracks the driver’s location until the luggage is delivered to the location indicated. When the Driver arrives at the delivery address, you will get a notification in the app that your luggage was delivered to the location pin pointed by the app.
Splht has cover of up to $250 on each piece of luggage. Additional Insurance can be purchased within the app is needed. However, payment of any claim is at the sole discretion of Splht and subject to the terms and conditions of its insurers. Proof of value of the goods will need to be submitted with every claim and must be within 24 hours of initiation of the delivery.

Yes. We have a star rating built into the app which allows users to rate the level of service received. Service standards are top priority for us and Drivers that are not meeting our standards will be brought under review.
